First Impressions
When I first came to your site, I was confused for a brief moment. Your navigation bar was in the center of your layout for about a second! I was also a little disappointed - I was hoping your layout would look like your favicon, which is really cool! But, it didn’t. That would be a good choice for your next layout (hint hint).

Layout/Design
Your layout is kind of boring. While your color scheme is okay (American flag colors! 
), I wasn’t overly impressed with your layout. I’d like to see a full length header in place of the sign in the left corner. What is that red text next to “Spirit Wish?” Does it say something?
Blue, red, and white look good together, but I think you have too much white. A pale blue would look good as the page’s background.

I applied for a review, and then realized you hate iframes. I’m so sorry. I didn’t know. The reason I use iframes is so I don’t have to put the stylesheet on every page and update every page on the navigation. Plus, I don’t know that much about divs, considering I only used it in the first premade of my site. If you don’t want to review my site, let me know. Thanks :D.

@AnMarie: I know already explained this to you AnMarie, but I’ll just type it again for general knowledge. I dislike iFrames, but that doesn’t mean your site completely sucks, it just means that you’ll probably get points off because they’re really annoying. So iFrame users, don’t freak out!
