Layout/Design
Header and Footer
Your header has cool colors, but other than that, it doesn’t have any good points. It’s too tall and not long enough. You can’t read the text “simply alaura.”
And where’s your footer? You need to add one or else your text looks all funny cut off so suddenly.
Color Choice
The color scheme is almost there. I like the pink, gray, and white, but not the blue. I think the colors in the header really emphasize the pink, maybe you could pick a different color from your header that matches pink? Orange maybe?
Other
Three words: Center and iFrames. You NEED to center your layout! It look terrible all smushed to the side, especially since it’s already small! CENTER IT NOW.
iFrames are okay, but not the best. You should intall cuteNews or WordPress so you can get rid of them - it looks a lot more neater and professional without iFrames.
OMG. Your text. ITS SO SMALL!!!! I can’t read it AT ALL, which proves a problem while reviewing your site. MAKE IT BIGGER.
Your navigation needs some work. Why are the links all next to each other? It makes it really hard to navigate through your site. Make each link on a different line

this.
Also, why is the about you page called “twizzler?”
Your welcome paragraph needs work. How about something like this:
“Welcome to Simply-Alaura. This site is owned and run by me, Alaura. Here at Simply-Alaura I suggest two things; honesty and respect. I believe that you should be honest by linking back after using brushes, tutorials, etc. I also believe that you should not only show respect for me and the site, but all the visitors who enjoy my site. I do work hard on my site and I would appreciate it if you spread the word about it! If you follow these two simple suggestions I will kindly return the favor. Also, if I feel that you are a very kind hearted person and have a good site that needs recognized I will link you in the proper section. If you ask your chances are automatically shot down. That is what I have advertising for!! Thanks and have fun on Simply-Alaura!!”
There were several spelling and grammar mistakes, plus some weird sentences.
On the “Alaura” section of the navigation bar: What is this? It seems like you just took random words and strung them together in sentences. Plus there’s a lot of grammar mistakes. You almost never capitalize your “I”s!
On your “Going Out?” section of the navigation bar: Counting Stars, Polka Dot, Drastic Dreams, and Digital Melodies have moved, and Sweet Essence isn’t found.

I think that you should organize this page into a list or something, because otherwise it’s just a bunch of random facts strung together to form a random paragraph. Other than that, nice facts (but random)! 
Visitor
I’d definitely specify which graphics are celebrity based and which aren’t. It’ll make navigation through the page a lot faster.

I don’t like celebrity based graphics, but yours are good! I especially like the ones with little “doodle” hearts and star and stuff - it makes them a lot more unique and interesting.

Very interesting. I’m not an expert on graphics, so I can’t really criticize these, but they look pretty cool to me!

Did you know it’s illegal not to credit the pictures you edited? Unless you took them yourself, which I doubt. You better fix that ASAP.

Summary
Your site bored me. You need sooo much more content and your layout NEEDS A REHAUL. You definitely need to center it, get WAAAAAYYYY bigger text, and fix the navigation before I go insane. You should add more content besides graphics, or you could turn your site completely into a graphics site and take orders and such. You’d probably be really good at that. As you can see, this review didn’t take me long to write. That’s not a good thing. It means that you lack content, and your mistakes are easily found. You have a good start but you definitely need to work on this.
