Personality
Everyone has different sides of them. Well, here are mine.
A lot of my friends see a guitar and think of me automatically. I’m obsessed with them. I own an electric guitar, and I’m learning to play it. I have successfully learned to play several of my favorite songs. I really want to be the lead guitarist in a band, not as a career, but like a hobby. So some people think I’m a rocker girl type of person.
A lot of my friends call me for homework help. This is because I’m smart (but obviously not modest!), and actually enjoy doing homework. Well, most of it. Yeah, uber nerd! I also like doing well in school, and succeed academically.
Anyway, this convinces a lot of people that I’m a total nerd. Not something you want people to think…
I’m also known as the friendly person. If anyone is sad or needs advice they usually come to me. I try to be sympathetic and understand what the person is going through. I also give advice as to what to do about the problem they’re having. Therefore, some people think of me as the nice person.
I love to play sports! They’re a big part of my life. I’m a really fast runner, and have made all of the sport teams I’ve tried out for, so some people think of me as the jock.
I can be weird. I can dance like an idiot, say really crazy things, and just in general freak people out. Yes, it’s sad to say, but I am sometimes considered a freak.
I tend to break the rules a lot, or suggest breaking the rules. This causes some people to think that I’m a rebellious person.
I also tend to want to follow the rules a lot, and this cause people to think that I’m a goody-goody-two-shoes.
I LOVE to take risks. I figure, why not? I can totally embarrass myself in front of everyone and not care. Or, I can do something a little dangerous. This can make me the brave person.
Sometimes, I can act wild. I’ve talked about wanting to put a blue streak in my hair and get a double piercing before. Mix this with my obsession with guitars, and my rebellious side, and you get my punk side.
Yes, I can be smart. But I don’t really have that thing called common sense. And I’m a klutz. Ask anyone - I trip over invisible objects, and I say the STUPIDEST things EVER. Whenever my friends does/says something stupid, my other friends will go “Uh oh! Abby moment!” Sigh. This, unfortunately, is my idiotic side. ![]()
I also joke around a lot - even at the wrong times. But, a lot of times I can make people laugh - this is my comic side.
The truth: I’m not just one of these, I’m all of them. I’m a rockin’ friendly nerdy rebellious athletic punkish humorous brave but cowardly idiotic freak. Hmm…
If you asked me to sum myself up in one word, I’d say “me.” This is because, well, how else can you sum up all that?
