Ugh. I’ve heard that song too many times today. And you know why? It’s my 14th birthday! Hooray! Well, actually yesterday was because I’m looking at the clock and it says 12:06 AM. Anyway, I opened presents in the morning and then had a big party in the afternoon with all my friends. As the “activity” we imitated America’s Next Top Model and Project Runway. I know it sounds lame, but it was really fun. Anyways, it kind of sucks because today I have to hang out with my band teacher all day for this thing called Bands in Review.  It really sucks. Way to ruin a perfectly good birthday Mr. Millard!

WOHOO!!!! The Avril concert ROCKED. One of my BFFs went with me, and it was so cool! Boys Like Girls opened, and they were awesome. They played songs like 5 Minutes to Midnight, Hero/Heroine, and The Great Escape. Then, the lights came on and we had to wait a while, but it suddenly got dark and BOOM. Avril Lavigne opens up with Girlfriend! I hate that song, but I love to dance to it! The concert ended pretty early, but it was a ton of fun and my friend, Lauren, thought so too! Lately, I’ve been in a “shoe-y” mood. My taste in shoes is a little different - I love bright colored flats! Here are my latest discoveries:

I don’t know why I love these so much, but I just do! They’d go with a lot of my clothes, and I love the stripes and the circle thingy!

Hmmm… I also don’t know why I love these so much. I think I just like them because they’re loud and different. I just find them really cute.

Totally my style. Weird, but cool. I love the doodles all over the sides, and the rainbows on the inside! They’re a little dark for my taste, but still, awesome!

I thought these were just so cool! Like I said, I like bright and different shoes, so these are perfect! I really like the colors and the buckle. They’re perfect for spring!

These aren’t my favorite, but I’m a sucker for red things. And they have dots. Therefore, I like them.

And lastly, we have a pair of cherry Converse. They’re kinda girly for my taste, but I like cherries, and there’s red!

And that’s my dream shoe collection. I only have one pair of flats but they rock!

That’s them! I love them, and I also love all of the other shoes! If only I got them for my birthday next Saturday *cough cough*
